Founded by long-term friends Kimberley and Tracey, who share an extensive property background and a true love (or obsession!) for real estate. Each brings over two decades of experience in property investing, styling homes for sale, renovating and building. Together, they offer a deep understanding of how to maximise a home’s presentation for selling. From how spaces photograph and appeal emotionally to buyers, to real estate processes and market expectations, their practical and affordable styling service delivers a strong return on every dollar spent.
Tracey Roberts, Co-Founder
Tracey brings over 20 years of experience across renovating, building, designing and styling homes. Her strength lies in balancing creativity with practicality. Understanding what will elevate a space visually, while remaining realistic, efficient and outcome focused.
Alongside her hands on property experience, Tracey has vast experience in the corporate sector, allowing her to work in a highly organised, project-led way. This means clear plans, efficient execution and minimal stress for clients.
Known for being friendly, easy to deal with and genuinely understanding, Tracey prides herself on guiding clients calmly through what can otherwise feel like an overwhelming process. Always with clarity, care and confidence.
Kimberley Hatchett, Co-Founder
With a strong foundation in real estate marketing and corporate event management, Kimberley combines sharp strategic thinking with hands on expertise and down-to-earth guidance. After building and operating a successful home styling business on the Sunshine Coast, she co-founded List Ready Homes to provide more comprehensive and integrated property preparation.
Through her two decades of property investing Kimberley understands the responsibility and the many financial and emotional commitments that come with preparing, selling and leasing a property. She approaches every project with compassion, enthusiasm and astuteness - ensuring that all decisions, no matter how small or large, are aligned with enhancing a property’s appeal while keeping costs efficient.
A Certified Home Stager, she has trained with leading Australian industry experts, including TV personalities Cherie Barber from Renovating for Profit and James Treble, as well as Naomi Finlay from the International Institute of Home Staging.
