We can come to your property with short notice and start guiding you straight away. If you need trades to assist with minor repairs or additions, you will require a little more time. If you require a soft styling package, again as soon as you make the decision to sell or sign with an agent, reach out and we can do a site visit and provide a quote for soft styling. We will then work with you campaign timeline and have the staging installed in time for your marketing photos.

For a pre-listing Airbnb consultation, we recommend contact our team as soon as you take possession of the property or have made the decision to holiday let. This gives you as much time as possible to put the suggestions in place and / or our team to draft the mood boards and commence the furniture package. Just remember, the sooner you start the process the sooner you can market your property for rent!

The hire period for our soft styling packages is 6 weeks, with option to extend if required. The hire period commences the day of install.
